When I was a pre-teen, I would ride my stingray past the "Drag Show Bar" in my neighborhood, the Queen Mary. For some reason I was compelled look at the promotional pictures on the wall by the door. I was so innocent about my fascination. I remember even asking my mother about the "female impersonators". You know, those "but why?" type of pestering questions. She's no longer alive, I wonder what she thought about my curiosity.

When I was about 13 or so, I found a stack of about 10 Trans-magazines (someone's purge I imagine). Mostly pictures from the 60's of Trannies in cool beehives and thick, sexy eyeliner, dressed to the nines, though some show their privates and a few were even explicit. I spent many "solo" hours with these mags.

I started experimenting with x-dressing around that time...
